Please don't stop working towards a solution to end the abuse to the Walkers. My Walker is begging for the abuse to stop to other Walkers. At the age of 13, the Walker is blind in both eyes due to blunt force trauma, suffers arthritis in the rear legs, hips, lower back and diagnosed Insulin Resistant. I will continue to support the PAST Act until the law is passed!REPORT COMMENTS

We are tired of waiting for someone to do something about the painful torture these horses endure for human pleasure. These billls will provide law for guidance and punishment for offenders. I'm not asking you - I'm telling you there is no excuse for ignoring the horror a person feels when witnessing the machinations of soring,. If this bill is not cosponsored by my representatives and actively campaigned to bring to the President, I will make every effort to insure your occupation in the Senate and the House is terminated at election time. Zero tolerance for cruelty to anoimals. Every state has laws forbidding the intentional infliction of pain, oinjury, duress and neglect. Your mandate as a federal employee is clear. Carry out the will of the people.REPORT COMMENTS

As I stand here looking at my horses who we all either abused or starved, I think about the existence of these horses who are put through this horrible cruelty. Tears run down my face as the images of these animals go through my mind. How do they endure the horrific pain all for an extremely high step, how do they endure living in chains while in a stall waiting for their turn to show and to be put back that way once their turn is over. My heart hurts just thinking that these beautiful animals must rely on us, their masters for their survival and this is how they are treated. As long as they are making money they will face this torture, and once done they will most likely endure another hell when it is over, going to auction where they can small the fear of horses past and although abused they frantically search for their masters face who is no longer there as he has made his last dollar on that horse. Form auction, the lucky few are given second chances if they are not injured in the holding pens, the ones who do not get that second chance for whatever get to face their final destination, a slaughterhouse, which is a whole other kind of hell they will endure until they take their last breath. Make this stop it is absolute cruelty!!!REPORT COMMENTS
