I been fighting against dyfs for almost two years now for a false accusation. In the begining they didnt give me any option but to accept cooperation with dyfs and attend the programs they suggested. i finish in 6 months. within those 6 months, the mother of my children completely alienated them from me and traumatized them by psychology and emotionally abusing them by making them believe that i am a monster. the court and DYFS found me not guilty of any substantiated abuse. after this i started supervised visitations with my children and we were doing completely fine to move on back to our normal life that we always had. during this time my children started making false accusations about the past, lying to dyfs by the influence of their mother.alienation is a serious problem that dyfs overlooks because it happens too often in divorce cases. its been almost 2 years now and thousands of dollars later i still don't have my children back in my arms. i live in the state of nj , i am still looking for assistance, my children are still losing and growing up without a father.and i am sure that anyone who is a professional is psychology can understand the damage that dyfs and their mother is doing to them.Mar 29th, 2013Someone from Oaklyn, NJ signed.

DYFS changed their name to "Children and Families" (DCF) but have not changed ANY of their practices by still accusing good parents of false allegations and giving them to bad parents (drugs, felonies, sociopaths, etc.). They force court trials even after their allegations are unfounded or unsubstantiated to hire wackos to "substantiate" normal behavior as abnormal.REPORT COMMENTS

I agree. Warren County, Ohio CPS should be worrying about saving children who are truly being abused instead of keeping me from seeing my granddaughter because I stood up to them when treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. They ARE indeed tearing families apart instead of repairing them.. In Warren County, Ohio, it is amazing that a magistrate can falsify and be deceitful during her campaign election and even admit it, but only get a slap on the wrist, yet all I did was attend a birthday party where my daughter and granddaughter were both present and have now not been able to see my granddaughter for over 4 months. I have missed her first Christmas and other important milestones - all because CPS and Warren County Junivenile Court professionals are buddies and taking sides. They don't really care to seem about the best interest of a child. They just simply care about showing the amount of power they have. It is really really sad!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

DYFS Social Workers need oversight from "outside" the agency! I have 2 friends who are going thru hell because an angry family member and a daughters jilted boyfriend called an made outrageous statements. I get that abuse calls have to be investigated but once deemed unfounded why keep digging for issues? Ironically, it's the same case worker and she has too much power. This woman has destroyed 2 perfectly fine families....even the Judge relieved her of her duties but she insists on dragging these wonderful singe moms thru random drug testing with no end date in sight! The 17 year old boyfriend wrote a letter to the Judge stating he lied but the case worker is like a pit bull and won't let go! One mom is planning on suing the State and suing the worker in Civil Court (now she's a pit and not letting go), the other mom is so traumatized she's leaving NJ this summer with her kid! This is just 2 of millions of horror stories.... So much for the so called "overhaul!" Kids are still dying on their watch but they zoom in on the unfounded cases. I say they should have extensive psychological testing randomly!REPORT COMMENTS

cps didnt care that i was being harrassed by my mother in law. they didnt care that police had shown up to my home randomly from 8 am to as late as 11:30 pm to search the home on a child welfare report, and nothing was every found. they made me feel like i had to go through their program called nfc (nebraska family collaborative), because i have had prior history with cps 7 years ago when my daughter was taken. ever since i got her back and had my son there have been some reports made, but on stupid allegations, like my family didnt want my kids dad in their life so they would call any time he tried to come around them or have visits. i guess if you have a prior history with cps they tally points from how many calls they have gotten, and even though those calls didnt ever prove anything factual i still get punished for them. cps has caused me many problems, i understand they have a job, but when people can harrass you with cps it is not fair. i just wish there was a group not ran by the state or state aided that helped protect people like me!!!REPORT COMMENTS

My ex husband and his wife came to south carolina to pick up my daughter and granddaughter to visit family in bayonne n.j. and never returned them but instead set my daughter up.. abused her allinated her from her own daugher kicked her out they lied to dyfs blamed her for all they are guilty of. Dyfs wrote there lies dyfs also violated a current court custody order that has now expired my my daughter and I had exclusive costody. Dyfs is stupid meaning uneducated to find truth there stupid to liars. And need to undo what they did. They gave abusers kids. There sick. They need to accept all papers that my daughter has complied above and beyond and return her children. Court blames dyfs...dyfs blames court.........the ex used dyfs..took dyfs papers of lies from ex to court.. dyfs dyfs dyfs needs to fix there stupidy withdrawel they were used there mistake. My daughter was always a victim from stepmother who can't have children of her own we have all papers all proof dyfs said not relivant really???wtf. Its repeating. Dyfs just gave that witch another uterus I bet she plans to use when old enough if this grossness is not fixed. They don't answer phone calls or skype as ordered. Allination to the max. My daughter get verbally abused and threatened when she visits her kids you can here them outside the house. Dyfs makes victims by being stupid to liars manipulators. Dyfs is suppose to confirm any and all to any persons name involved...not just ok sounds good that theory will work ********. Dyfs needs to validate all people all papers all doctors reports everything. Dyfs sucks. Dyfs don't propely gather nor confirm truth. Dyfs is lazy unqualified. And this case is being ignored in jersey city courthouse and its sickning. We travel to be told by court its dyfs for dyfs to say its court. Its dyfs they opened a case based on ******** lies gave abusers kids and ignor the mother who was always a victim and still is and now her kids are. Dyfs put kids with fake twisted mind emotional nuts who blame all for horrible things they are guilty of. On Valentines Day my nightmare with DYFYS began. The school called because my four year old told her teachers her mom and dad got into a fight. During the fight which btw we NEVER FIGHT but lifes troubles wore us thin that morning . I was accidently elbowed in my face leaving a bruise. Us being s Christisn family reached out to our church for counseling before DCPP ...came in our life. They removed my fiance from the home and have us doing all these ridiculous things.I am in school and work full time.We have never been in trouble or anything. I dont understand how a system can run in the manner they do. Its like their not okay with my children being in a good loving home. Their trying to find things because nothing is obvious to their eye. Im shocked that this group of people are not there for as intended...all the stories everyone has shared on this page and from what ive heard my heart breaks for all of you. Time raped from you and your children. Something needs to be done..someone needs to make a protical to be followed...i saw we make a page on facebook and add as many ppl as possible..it has to get someones attention....God have mercy on the people that aresupposed to serve znd protect children and instead they rip apart families and have no accountability for what they do. Smh....this is a silent war That parents and children are in the middle of and the pain and hurt is beyond imaginable...SOMEONE PLEASE HELP STOP THE INJUSTICE OCCURING IN THE USA ....A PLACE WHERE WE ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE RIGHTS ...I HAVE NEVER FELT SO VIOLATED IN ALL MY LIFE...WE MUST DO SOMETHING...ITS NOT RIGHTREPORT COMMENTS
