Our son was diagnosed with both torticollis and plagiocephaly and is currently undergoing cranial reconstruction with a helmet. Our insurance denied this, stating it was cosmetic and that they would reconsider when he was being effected in vision or hearing! It should NOT come to that!REPORT COMMENTS

Our baby boy has severe combined plagiocephaly/brachycephaly with torticollis. We have decided as a family that we are going to be the biggest fans of our little man & his helmet and be supportive in any way possible!REPORT COMMENTS

My son has Torticollis and plagiocephaly. Was diagnosed with these at 2months old. He has severe Plagiocephaly. Lots of therapy to chiropractor appt and soon a casting appt for a helmet. Also some insurance companies should not see this as cosmetic because this can cause many issues for a child growing upREPORT COMMENTS
