This is absolutely unacceptable. In these United States of America we promote transparency and fairness to others countries with their elections. Then we allow this kind of manipulation to go without question? People need to get up and demand that this be halted immediately. I formally request that this be dealt with immediately, followed by a full investigation into how this can possibly happen & what can be done to keep this type of blatant manipulation from happening in the future. -

The ONLY way to combat out-and-out manipulation and fraud is going to be to RANDOMLY select precincts (larger ones, please, smaller ones aren't showing the highly-visible second-order statistical results of manipulation nearly as often) to experience immediate-and-unannounced manual recounts and comparisons to the electronically reported "vote counts". IF word leaks out "it's going to happen" WITHOUT revealing WHERE, and we don't find any variances, we'll still have to CONTINUE recounts, to restore a badly wounded faith, and to pursue justice if variances ARE found.
