I normally go out of my way not to refer to the members of a candidate's family. But it happens that I have family and many friends in Massachusetts, including a number of academics, and long before this campaign heard a string of objectionable things about Tagg Romney, who was roundly distrusted and ultimately despised by his classmates at Harvard B school, hardly the bastion of liberalism. Most recently he successfully lobbied to ensure that a hospice center did not alight in his tony neighborhood. The idea that this young man, labeled by the son of a respected professor "a budding sociopath" is involved in the voting machine business makes me fear, not just for the legitimacy of this election, but for the future of all of our elections. This is an outrage and information that every voter should know.REPORT COMMENTS
