A student quits the job and takes heavy loan to come to study in US. After that, s/he works hard to find a new job ready to sponsor H1-B to apply theory into practice. S/he has not yet paid $$ loan yet and within 10 months you force him/her to enter into a lottery which will decide his/her future. What kind of society are we living in? Does this sound just? It is nothing short of a tragedy that people who have come here for an education, gotten jobs, and who have forged relationships in this country will be told they have to go back where they came from because we can't get our act in gear on immigration.
