I am a tax payer and a hard worker. Keeping me and others like me will definitely help the US economy.

With a lot already said about the benefits of increasing the H1B cap, I would sincerely request Congress to take action on the issue immediately. Sooner or later, I am very much optimistic of the issue being resolved, however, delaying it further is only going to halt the recovery of US economy. With each day, the U.S education system is loosing which has nurtured and brought up foreign talent that is so ready to give back to the country by working "Hard and Smart."

Agreed. Those unemployeed U.S. citizens are saying we are taking away their jobs. Well, why would companies pay more to sponsor H1B? Because we are talented and willing to work in the country we love. They are saying we are harm to the U.S. economy, but it's not so true. As a foreign student living in the U.S. for over 7 years, I have already spent over $300,000 in this country. That is equal to the money a regular U.S. citizen would earn for over several years. I'm pretty sure I'll spend more than other Americans if I work in the U.S. after graduating from my college, because that's how I've been living like. Most international students are like me - talented, motivated, and spending a lot of money. Are we still not a good part of the U.S. economy?

Companies and employees invest a lot of training, effort, money, time in their work. Imagine the potential to US economy. This is wasted by a quota that subjects people's hard work and talent into "luck by lottery" that forced 39000 people unable to work in their high skilled jobs.
