We STEM students worked really hard and spent lot of time and money for completing our Masters/PHDs and getting a legal full-time job. H1B cap is to be increased for talent pool from US Masters and PHD degrees.

The current H1B cap is too less to meet the requirement of high skilled labor in this country. This should be taken as topmost priority immigration bill.

The current H1B visa quota is too limited for the talent foreign employees who has Master degree and PHD degree. Their hard work deserve the legal working status. They can bring more profit to the company in order to create more jobs for Americans. Visa lottery really hurts people who study many years for an advanced degree. The talent employees have to come back to China, India who are the competitors of USA, bringing with all their knowledge and working experience the got from US if they are unlucky in visa lottery.
