The President should basically "tell" the Mexican govt, "I will be landing with my staffers and a team at such and such place at this time, have Sgt Tahmooressi there with his belongings packed so we can depart without delay" literally. Back that up with the threat of a military rescue operation or an invasion of the country if necessary. Mexico is a failed state anyway and it would serve our higher interest to control and occupy it as a buffer state.REPORT COMMENTS
