If facts are as stated in this petition (I do believe any USA soldier who fights in the middle east gets PTSD) this man needs mental health not incarceration. Mexico has a lot of nerve to jail this soldier what with Mexico sending illegals to USA so they send money back to Mexico! -

Just found out this Marine is STILL in jail in Mexico of all places! I just wrote my Congressman and Senator and said this is inexcusable. Do the same, especially if they're fighting for re-election! If Mexico can't cooperate and help us as a friendly neighbor by immediately releasing him, we need to revoke NAFTA and LOCK Down the border NOW. This is inexcusable. This man made a wrong turn and had LEGALLY registered firearms in the vehicle he IMMEDIATELY let the Mexican "authorities" know about. NO EXCUSE!
