The least we can do is provide our soldiers with free internet access to be able to contact their families. This is the LEAST we can do.

I'm a US Army veteran (85-89 active duty) and served overseas in Germany. It was a great boost to my morale to get a letter from home or better a phone call. If we had the internet back then, it would have made a big difference in that I wouldn't had felt so homesick. in this time of the War on Terror, those in the military need that communication to help make sure things are ok at home so they can concentrate on the job at hand. Helping the soldiers, airmen, sailors, and marines and their families with this will be a boon to them and honor what they do for us.

I also believe that our soldiers deserve free cell phones and cell phone service. They are the ones putting their lives on the line to make sure that we are safe and live in a free country. I mean come on they have to pay for their ACU's. Why do they have to do that? Lets give them a break.
