I amazed at how commissioner conklin can allow ignorance to be an excuse for breaking a court ordered divorce decree. I believe that men should be allowed to raise their children to but in utah I have been denied legal involvement from not only law enforcement but even commissioners treat my situation like I'm still the bad parent. I have seen my ex wife do this to me but also her 2 other ex husbands.there needs to be a change or we need to find judges and commissioners who believe in equality, and get rid of the deadbeat dad syndrome, and quit letting people use their kids as a pay check.when someone doesn't have to work because her child support pays more than minimum wage there's a problem.May 18th, 2015Someone from Nanjemoy, MD signed.

My referee lied and I have the minutes to prove it. she also tried to hold me in contemt which she later stated she had no legal right to do so and it cost me my tuime I have with my son and put me on supervised visits for 18 months. There doesn't seem to be an across the states or even within the state or even within the same jurisdiction a consistent manner I which to handle cases that take into commiseration the best interest of child in due process. The judge, law guardians, attorneys seem to be pulling in whichever direction that prospers or influences their best interest! Consequently this is the reason for the disarray of the family courts processing of custody and divorce cases; judiciary self interests.REPORT COMMENTS
