I have witnessed, firsthand, the damage alienation (in this case, a mother alienating a divorced father from his daughter for over 5 years) does to a child. The courts do not take this seriously, especially when it's a mother doing the alienating. -

I have witnessed first hand how my boyfriends ex wife ruined his relationship with his children. It has gotten so bad that they do not speak to him. It is disturbing to see how the courts are so biased towards women and believe everything the woman says without any evidence.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a grandmother being alienated from my little grandson by my daughter. It's because her boyfriend of 10 months is extremely abusive to the child. CPS here doesn't understand what I'm saying nor do they choose to believe what I have seen with my own eyes. Nor do they listen to the school counselor . He is in kindergarten. I have been to court. The Gov. Of Ca. Is amazing. His office is seriously helping. CPS has refused their phone calls so they have moved to the next step. Yes I vote Alienation to be a crime, a felony. A lot of times the only person the child has to trust is the one who gets alienated, adding more fear and sadness to a little guy who doesn't know what he did to get beat up and locked in a room and called names. Some old fashioned values need to come back. This type of treatment will always be in a child's soul. Thank you A loving grandmotherREPORT COMMENTS
