There should me no joint custody When there is an abuser. That's why I had sole custody. The judge was wise and knew. But it so ****ed him off that I had sole custody. He needs to be in control. I am sure he sat in that lazy boy chair for years scheming this one up. He has the devils discernment! and he knows how to use it. He made it look like I was alienating but he was. I was made out to be the bad one and my son was made out to be the bad one also after years of enduring this abuse through the oppression of finances and food. He is still doing it and now and he has the authorities and the State fooled. It's an unbelievable hatred. Chaos at every turn. He turned it all around. Eventually alienating my family and friends from me. This was his goal from the beginning. He mimics a good person. He is a chamelon. I have seen him replicate my family's characteristics if there is a quality in them that is good with people from a facial expression to an action and then this will remind the person he is trying to manipulate as a familiarity. I looked like my son had a stroke after he was with him. When he was getting a baseball picture taken. His mouth was in such distortion. One side way up and the other side down. A Mother knows when her child has been hurt. He told people I was crazy and constantly demeaned me to our son. ect... I am so tired!May 3rd, 2016Someone from Running Springs, CA writes:
My ex won't allow me to see my daughter because my two older kids from another relationship that she was mean and neglectful to the 2 years her and I were together, don't want to see or have anything to do with her, and got that she won't allow me to have a relationship with my baby girl, my ex and I have together dispite how much I try, and her being a daddy's baby which is also her Nick name Dada's baby it is detrimental to her as well as her and i's relationship and is killing me inside someone please helpREPORT COMMENTS

My ex was awarded sole custody of our 2 k7ds because he hadmore money than i did. He took my kids and i have not seen them or been able to call them in almost 2 years. He has made false police reports against me for various things and i cant afford to hire an attorney to fight it because along with sole custody he was awarded $500 a month for child support Ā and i have to pay his attorneys fees. So me and my kids are suffering but mostly them because they are too young to know what is going on and that i didnt abandon them that i want to see them and i miss themREPORT COMMENTS

My husband is a victim of parental alienation. His ex girlfriend left their shared home with their 18 month old daughter in 2003 while he was at work. When he returned and they were gone asking with their stuff with no messages no notes and no contact, he contacted law enforcement who told him nothing could be done. He spent what money he had along with vacation time liking for them with no luck. He (I eventually helped) did Internet searches for her and finally 10 years later was able to locate them. Contact was made with the ex with denial of contact including denial of pictures. He was told she wane nothing from him and the daughter, now 11, wanted nothing to do with him and was afraid he would kidnap her. The ex did say he could email the daughter. He emailed weekly with no response then 2 years later received court papers for child support. No issue paying but while there filed for his paternal rights. We can't afford a lawyer so had to do pro se. She hired a lawyer to fight it. He asked for pictures of his daughter and weekly Skype calls knowing she doesn't know him and we live 15 hour apart. The judge told him He should of contacted child support on his own years ago. His daughter was there and stated he should of stepped up sooner and she has a dad. She agreed to reunification therapy. Judge ordered 6 months therapy paid for by father before any rights were granted. We can't afford that in any way. The mother should be responsible for at least half the cost because she caused the alienation not dad. He did not choose to not be in his daughters life. We were told by several "friends" of the mother that she said that he was abusive, he didn't want anything to do with them etc. None of that is true. The mother should be held accountable for what she did to my step daughter, my husband and extended family and the alienation she caused.REPORT COMMENTS
