50/50 shared for two loving and caring parents.. child support would not be necessary.. both parents care for the child/ren when they have them. Other not necessary expenses..would be paid for by the parent who insists it is important.. kids want and NEED both loving caring parents.. the parent who argues against 50/50 shared.. is the unfit parent.. How can any loving caring parent deny their kids the love of the other parent..not to mention ALL the extended family members.. it takes a village to raise a child. But I believe if 50/50 shared was the first option, more greedy self serving parents would simply be more kind.. and once they realize they will not profit by `` having the kids as pawns``.. they will also come to see the light and SHARE.. we are taught that as children.. yet when it comes to family court.. sharing IS discourages.. time for this to stop.. how can others truly loving your kids be a bad thing?May 10th, 2016Someone from Mount Morris, MI signed.

It's not fair that the children are affected by this and nobody seems to care. My husbands daughter is supposed to call every day around 5:30pm to speak with him and she gets on the phone and says "hi daddy, I have to go." When she comes over every other weekend, she tells us that her mother rushes her off the phone and then she begins to cry while telling us that she will be punished by her mother if she stays on the phone or laughs on the phone with daddy. She's 5 and this breaks my heart. This is just one small example of the heartbreak we face and something needs to change. She is being brainwashed to NOT desire a relationship with her father and the brainwashing is by her mother (who is proved narcissistic) and her maternal grandparents. 50/50 has to happen...it's only fair for everyone involved and it will give a child an opportunity to know their other family on their father's side and have a chance for a loving, caring and healthy relationship.REPORT COMMENTS
