After weeks of trying and struggling, I finally got my 9 month old baby to sleep and wake on schedule, but now i have to retrain him....this whole day light savings thing is driving me crazy!!!!!Nov 5th, 2017Someone from Mankato, MN writes:
Daylight saving time causes unnecessary added stress to lives that are already stressed enough. It's hard on retired older people as well as working people. Some of the chiming clocks are a real pain in the neck to adjust. PLEASE leave the clocks alone! Abolish DST in Minnesota and wherever else it is unwanted.REPORT COMMENTS

There is NO sustainable scientific evidence showing any substantial benefits from daylight savings time changes. In fact there is a lot of indication that it is completely inefficient and a known fact that it is completely annoying.REPORT COMMENTS

We have been enduring this ridiculous tradition twice per year for over 70 consecutive years based on what scientific study? Please provide the people with some statistical data to explain why daylight savings time is needed. Spoiler: you can't, because no matter how much you manipulate the time, the amount of daylight received everyday cannot be changed. People use electricity to power lights so they can see when it's dark regardless of what time the clock says. Explain to us where the supposed energy savings comes from or get rid of this nonsensical concept!REPORT COMMENTS

Daylight savings once did have a need in our agricultural society. However, with the advent of electronics and a shift of workforce from primary to secondary/tertiary sectors, there is no need for this practice. Request the honorable Congress to end it once and for all.REPORT COMMENTS
