It is the worst feeling in the world. For a week, I wake up to the sun, and I am awake and happy, ready to start the day running. Then, I have to get up in the dark again, be sad, have to drink more coffee, not feel sleepy at night, wake up tired for the next month. I hate it, get rid of it.
