I hope the treatment for narcolepsy increases, and I hope more money goes to researchers in the medical field developing new treatments.REPORT COMMENTS

I live with narcolepsy/ cataplexy. I lost my career because of its effects. It took me 5 years to get disability in Georgia as the system is so antiquated and backed up. It took me a long time to find a part time job that will accommodate me since I cannot work the hours or the varied schedule required by most.REPORT COMMENTS

Shouldn't even be in question. As a sufferer of IH it is truly a life changing disease that noone understands fully the daily challenges we face unless you suffer drom this horrible disease. More education is needed and more treatment options.REPORT COMMENTS

Not only is the absolutely necessary, I am very surprised it has not already been done. As someone who suffers from N/EDS, being able to stay awake, even a couple hours after a full nights sleep, is a constant, depressing, battle. And one that current medications/medical advances just can't fix.REPORT COMMENTS
