Don't get me wrong, I'm in favor of killing child molestors and rapists in general, but it seems a bit of a stretch to put someone to death for "inappropriate touching of the genital area or in a sexual manner." The second part of that is such a subjective criteria and appears much less likely that you would be able to acquire DNA evidence. Some could interpret that as putting someone to death for touching a 12year old's breasts, which while wrong, feels a bit extreme. I would not be as opposed to it if a measure was included to show Intent or that the molestation was premeditated.REPORT COMMENTS
