19 years working in animal hospitals. I'm a big animal lover and i to i'm sick of animals getting used for every dam thing!!!!!!!! I'm trying to get a little dog rescued but can i really trust these rescue groups??? And what's the reasoning for the government people killing other peoples pets and going in peoples yards and taking their pets away and holding their pets in these animal controls and keeping them there til the pet owner pays money. What the hell is that for???? And these people run our country. it's a free country i can say what ever ifeel right? Or is it,REPORT COMMENTS

Implement laws that require pet registration for breeders and non breeders, via pet licensing. Non breeders be REQUIRED to fix dog within 30 days if over 6 weeks old...or is healthy enough to be fixed by that timeline. All Breeders be audited annually, via the pets environment, breeders registration papers and certificates are all up to date. Non Breeders be ticketed for non compliance of pet licensing, pet micro-chipping, not having dogs fixed. THAT'S how you help stop shelters from over populating!
