Vaya modern shelter reform, TRUE NO KILL equation, and/or THE CAPA BILL ... it's been proven one by one across our country that modern shelter reform is successful ... and YOUR CAN'T ARGUE WITH SUCCESS. If it can be better, which is proving that it CAN BE, there's no other correct, moral or ethical responsible choice. Why shouldn't it be the BEST OUT CAN BE?! I'm sickened and disgusted that our country has no regard for our animals. Many are profiting off their murders. We work tirelessly to save them, every single day, all day, but thousands a year are mercilessly and horribly murdered every single day in almost every shelter across every state and town in this country. Why is the greatest Nation on earth allowing its innocent animals to suffer horrific deaths at the hands of our shelters? I thought we were compassionate, loving, empathetic, people!!! The animal control person here in Newcastle, Tx. Told me to lock up my cats and my cats have not been outside for 5 months. Because my neighbor Will trap them. I was told if you put a live trap out you have to tell your neighbor about it. Because if they trap your cats you was told about the trap. And I was also told they are more for feral cats running around. Because they kill rat mice, snake so long and a tame cat will do the same thing. They will trap feral cats and spay and neuter them and let them go. Well if that the case how come they won't help the people that won't have the money to have their cat fix.REPORT COMMENTS
