Please consider how a 40% cut in your pay as legislators or as President for an unknown period of time would affect your families. It seems more than a little off that we are in such a crisis and yet you who put us here aren't the first receiving a cut in benefits and pay. Keep in mind it is families like ours that elect you and "We the People" are what ultimately matters. Not senators, not congressmen, and certainly not the President.
