Direct blurbs used in advertising to the public should be illegal because they do not describe the entire 'picture' of the drug prescription recommendations and adverse effects and therefore constitute false advertising. The drug companies are welcome to put the entire 'small print' text of a drug on a media page, but they should not blurt out slogans and false and deceptive/incomplete information about the drugs.REPORT COMMENTS

This ban would also be agreeable because Big Pharma commercials have taken over the TV. So annoying. If I never have to see another ad with warnings about anal leakage, i would be the happiest person alive!REPORT COMMENTS

Consumers with no medical background are being convinced that all they need is the next "magic" pill to feel better. It is all lies. The next pill added to all their other pills might possibly be the one that puts their system into overload and the side effects kill the patient.REPORT COMMENTS
