Its a sad part of our society,Our for fathers lands literly tanken away from them by raciest and abusive political forces of that era,But sadder yet is the fact we have advanced to polical power,such as hispanic senators,representatives,judges etc.and yet we still have not been able to resolve this situation,We are a powerfull voting force yet we elect hispanic officials who do what the whites did in years back keep on gainning at what ever cost just for the benefit of themselfs and the ones who pull there strings,We are a race who will steal anything for a price,and that the problem,its the root of all our problems.We must put someone in office who will work for us not against us,republican or democrat,black or white as we have seen our own has turned its back on us.Enrique EspinozaREPORT COMMENTS

Mr. President The U.S. has/had the responsibility to protect our Land grants from the laws and the land grabbers that yearned for our grants for self enhancement under the principle of international law. We want to keep our grants under Sovereign protection of the Federal Government and keep this sovereignty completely out of the Texas Legislated Law. So far every time we try to claim our land grants stolen by fraud and deceit in Texas courts they have prevented us to have a trail by Jury of our peers. Even when we show them reliable witness, tested and proven documents. It is to the State of Texas advantage not to take any court actions on our land grants that our forefathers have been fighting for many years. In other words the Eyes of Texas turn the other way When a Judge became Jury and Executioner in a summary Judgment Court. This was very wrong and unlawful. What I under stand a summary Judgment does not mean that a judge decides which side would prevail at trail nor does a judge determine the credibility of witnesses or documents this is a question for a jury not a judge. I call this a Conflict of Interest for any Texas Court up to the Texas Supreme to decide or take any action on these issues Some of our Rio Grand Valley Representative had to flee to New Mexico to Keep the Legislature from changing Redistricting the South Texas Area and they lost to the conservative Republicans which care not for South Texas Prosperity, but they do care for the mineral, which has been drained through the years.REPORT COMMENTS
