We were granted these landgrants through the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo. The State of Texas proclaims it's use when it is advantageous to them concurrently denying us our rights to use the same document to claim ownership of what is ours. It is time for social justice and exhoneration for our people and our culture.

Righteous Anger arises at the continued injustices that have been served on our Ancestors and we the heirs; How much longer will this go on? Is there any Integrity left anyone whom would stand with us for what is rightfully ours?

I am an heir to the fabled "Espiritu Santo" grant of 1781. We lost it. The U.S. Army and Charles Stillman used chicanery and guile to strip it away from us in 1848. But parts were never paid for.

My family has been involved in proving our heirship to the Texas Border Lands sind 1988. We have been scammed by so called geneologist and Lawyers that have been unable to get justice for us. Please help!

My father was a descendant of Simon Sanchez who was given a landgrant in Leon County Texas. There has been money set aside for his descendants from Oil drilling since 1957.

My mother, Argentina Galan (1919-1974), was a descendant of Joaquin Galan (1725-1808). Joaquin married Josefa Sanchez, daughter of Tomas Sanchez, founder of Laredo, Texas in 1755. Joaquin purchased 300,000 acres in what is now Webb county, Texas in 1803. Texas Bourland-Miller Commission took all the land in 1850, 160 years ago. Galan heirs have been going to US court since 1898.
