The Heirs and descendants of Spanish settlers deserve the right to the legacy denied there ancestors. These families chose to live in Texas under the auspices and guide of the Treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo, whihc specifies the protection of there rights and the land they owned. Most of whihc was swindled away by a legal system that favored non hispanic settlers which in turn denied them the right to there protection. The mineral rights is a call from all those ancestors who lost so much during this time to repay what was lost and honor there descendants. Its out money and we are entitled to it..as heirs and direct descendants of the Original Spanish Land Grantees.

We ask that you take the time to listen to our petitioners. We are asking for your help and for Congress to intervene on our behalf to right the wrongs which have violated Constitutional laws, Civil Rights and International Law with regards to the Spanish Land Grants. An injustice has been committed against the original grantee, heirs and successors of these Spanish Land Grants. Just because action was taken years ago through adverse possession by the State does not make it right.
