Please allow Prayer and the Bible to be taught in our Public School System again. It has been proven that children form age Preschool - High School have higher test scores, as well as retain what they learn much better if they are taught to memorize Bible verses. Children are proven to be more relaxed durning learning as well as proven to do better Academcally when taught to memorize Bible verses! Please consider allowing our Preschool students- 12 grade/ as well as Montosori students/ students in Speech and our Special needs students to be taught and have access to hearing and memorizing/ learning and resisting Bible verses daily within our Public School System. Let's raise the bar of Education and watch our students in the State of South Carolina as well as every state in America excel in Public Education! Thank you!REPORT COMMENTS

I agree, it is time to get off of the fence, and take this country back from those who had taken prayer out of the schools, and give it back to God, because He gave this country to us, and the time ha arrived for us (God's Children) to do Spiritual Warfare and unscrew this screwed up Country that we live, right now is the time to do so, and if we have to we should fast and pray.REPORT COMMENTS

i am a 17 year old teenager who seeks and lives for god i feel it is a right for us Christians to have God and prayers back in school or at least not have to do it in secret it is unfair relativism was added and now there is no absolute wrong or right. Statics show when god was taken out of the schools everything went down hill. Statics show Criminal arrest of teens is up 150% according to the US Bureau of Census; teen suicides in ages 15-19 years up 450% according to the National Center of Health Services; illegal drug activity is up 6000% according to the National Institute of Drug Abuse; child abuse cases up 2300% according to the US Department of Health and Human Services; divorce up 350% according to the US Department of Commerce, and SAT scores fell 10% even though the SAT questions have been revamped to be easier to answer. I am a Christian, which means I would agree with that... if this was another country. America has chosen to have no main religion which means that if public schools have a religion then so does America because public schools are part of the government. Taking prayer out of schools has been part of the downfall in our society's standards, morals, and values. Think back to when you were in school. When you were 8yrs old, 12yrs, 16yrs... We're you concerned with your looks, what you had, who you were dating? Possibly, you were. But these days since God's been removed, kids, KIDS! , are concerned with who they are sleeping with, who they are showing themselves off for, how many people they've slept with, having $600 pairs of tennis shoes, how many are having children while they're still in school.. And THEIR PARENTS are finding this acceptable!... How many do you hear about anymore doing anything good for their community, what's the number of kids on the honor roll anymore.. How many are actually graduating compared to when God was allowed in schools... When God was allowed in the home even... It starts with us. It starts with the parents. It starts with our neighbors.
