Leonard Peltier is an innocent man. The FBI know that he is innocent because they fabricated the evidence used against him in his original trial. In 1985 the Prosecutor admitted in court, saying that they (the prosecution) did not know who shot the agents. Yet Leonard Peltier is still in prison. It is time for a change for Leonard to be released. I whole heartedly believe that Mr. Peltier has been imprisoned long enough for charges that he was framed for. I recognized that the courts have found him guilty and I also believe that the witnesses and evidence against Mr. Peltier was brought before the courts on false pretense.
