I am about to give birth next month and this agency makes me come in for drug tests every week. I have never done drugs and have not been accused of anything. Child abuse or substance abuse. All my tests came up negative and they are still making me do outpatient treatment anyway. Im 8 months pregnant and have passed the tox screen and evaluations. I believe they are intentionally harrassing me. We are from mcguire afb and I have taken my drug tests on base and had it sent to dyfas. It came out clean but dyfas wont accept it. I have not done drugs and as the tests come out clean they keep extending the drug tests anyway. I want to know who I can talk to to stop all this harrassment.REPORT COMMENTS

When the worker came out they said if I didn't provide my employment information they would take the children, so I gave it. Dyfs has recently started a case with my family stating my son is not in school yet I've been homeschooling him in accordance with NJ state law since I moved to jersey in October of 2013 which is the reason why I moved here to begin with I'm originally from ny and didn't want to deal with all the homeschooling paperwork from nyc yet they refuse to hear this and keep insisting I enter my son into a local school which I refuse to do so annoyed and thinking about hiring a lawyer I kept our doctors and everything in nyc and I'm sure they are trying to find a way to use that against me as well the ignorance of some individuals is simply mind bottlingREPORT COMMENTS

Has harassed my family for over 6 mos now started they had an issue of my meds given to myself by my dr. when they couldn't prove no doing wrong with my medications they have now taken all 3 of my kids 6,7 and1 and now questioning their diagnosis by their neuro 3 years ago!they have sep my 3 kids and I get 2 hours a week to see my kids..my kids are not lab rats this is beyond ridiculous none of the caseworkers nor higher ups in this office have a backbone to stand up and say they have done wrong. they to this day have not done one positive thing to hjelp my kids but can name more than a few failing my kids..my kids need to be home period! There are instances where people try to use any method to place a negative light on an individual when they were not the perpretrator anyone can call DYFS for any allegation that may or may not be true.
