WHEN I ASKED THEM WHY WERE THEY TAKING MY CHILD THEY HAD NO RESPONDS AT FIRST .. I ASKED AGAIN NO RESPONDS I SAID DO YOU NEED A DRUG TEST FROM ME THEY SAID NO , THEN THE WOMEN WENT TO HER CAR AND CAME BACK AND SAID, YOU DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG .. I ASKED HER AGAIN WHY ARE YOU TAKING HER A WAY SHE SAID YOU HAVE TO ASK YOUR BOYFRIEND.. SO I ASKED MY EXBOYFRIEND WHAT DID YOU DO WRONG HE SAID NOTHING... SHE SAID IT NOT YOUR FAULT, I AM SCREAM AT THIS TIME ..HE SAID I DON'T KNOW ,SO I ASKED WHAT DID HE DO, SHE SAID HIS BACKGROUND DIDN'T COME-UP GOOD AND I SAID WHAT DID HE DO ..SHE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING AT THIS TIME BECAUSE SHE DID KNOW, FINALLY WE WENT TO COURT AND THEY SAID HE HAD SIMPLE ASSULT ON HIS RECORD AND THE CHARGES WAS DROPED.. AND THEY MADE SEEM LIKE IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL IN COURT.. KNOWING THAT I HAD A D.Y.F.S BACKGROUND IN MY PASS.. I TOLD HIM WE WILL FIGURE SOMETHING OUT WE TOOK A DRUG TEST I CAME-OUT NEGITIVE AND HE CAME-UP POSITIVE, I SAID I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS? SO THEY SAID WE BOTH HAD TO GO TO OUT-PAIENT EVEN THOUGH I CAME-OUT NEGITIVE AND AT THAT TIME I WAS WILL TO LEAVE HIM .. THING WEREN'T GETTING ANY BETTER FOR ME AND MY CASE. I HAVE A CASE WERE I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG AT THAT TIME, MY DRUGS TEST CAME-OUT NEGITIVE AND THE D'YF'S WORKER STATED IT NOT MY FAULT WHY SHE BEING TAKING AWAY AT THAT TIME.. SO WHILE THIS IS HAPPENING MY RELATIONSHIP IS WORSTEN AND I WANT TO LEAVE, AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY WERE TO GO.. SO I STARTED TO TALK TO SOMEONE THAT KNEW WHAT TO DO.. HE LOOKED THREW MY PAPER AND SAID, THERE NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU BACK YOUR CHILD UNLESS YOU LEAVE HIM... I TOLD HIM I DO WANT TO LEAVE HIM AND I NEED HELP..HE SAID O.K I WILL HELP YOU MOVE BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME THREE MONTH IN ORDER FOR ME TO FIND A PLACE I SAID O.K IN THE TIME MY RELATIONSHIP GOT EVEN WORST... WHEN IT CAME TIME TO BRAKE-UP,IT WASN'T A GOOD ONE FOR ME, BUT I KNEW IF I STAYED I WOULD OF NEVER GET MY CHILD BACK, SO I DID EVERYTHING THAT THE COURT TOLD ME TO DO,I WENT TO PARENT CLASS EVEN THOUGH I NEVER ABUSE MY CHILD THAT THEY FOUND OR STATED IN THERE RECORD..PASS PARENT CLASSES.I HAVE CERTIFAICATE TO PARENT MY CHILD THE RIGHT WAY WENT TO OUT-PAIENT NEVER CAME UP WITH A DIRTY URINE.. THEY DID FOWARD A COPY OF IT, TO D.Y.F.S. DIDN'T NEED THEARAPY, A LETTER WAS FOWARD TO D,Y,F,S IT STATED I WOULD NOT BENFIT OFF IT.. HAD TO GO ANYWAY?? WAS NEVER HOSPITALIZED IN MY LIFE FOR ANY MENTAL DISORDER..SO WHY SHOULD I NEED THEARPY.. I am subject to this "time almost up" thing. I completed all my requirements in the case plan. They reunified my kids with me. Case almost closed and they bring up missed drug tests and kids late too school as a reason to take them back. This is all after I completed more than the required 6 months of clean tests, closer to 12 months, graduated from a 6 month outpatient treatment program, a 28 week STAND class, an 8 week Triple P Parenting class, attended NA/AA meetings sometimes daily, had everyone enrolled in counseling, dealt with IEP's and special education and ADHD testing for my, then 5th grade son , as well as keeping up with my own after-care treatments, operations, labs,etc from having breast cancer and a double radical mastectomy and two failed implant botch job surgeries and a hysterectomy due to a discovered genetic mutation BRCA1 positive (like Angelina Jolie). All within the last two and a half years. Now they want to start my case all over again but my time won't start all over again. And to make matters worse, now they claim my young son who is 5 years old has been molested and there is an investigation. Therefore we (childs father and I) cannot communicate at all with any of my three children until they say so. We have seen our son only once since March 19th, 2014. It is now June 11,2014. We can't even call, text, or E-mail/IM them. I was threatened that if I attempt to, all contact will be cut off for the duration of the court case. I feel this is very insensitive, unfair, unjust and downright WRONG! Especially for my children, who have had their lives torn upside down yet once again. This is the first time my youngest was detained and he cant even hear his mommy and daddies voice on the phone. I don't know what they are telling him. They tell us he's fine ,unaffected and adjusting well except he's acting out sexually, masturbating excessively at the home he resides at and at the preshool he attends. He didnt do this in our home or at his old preschool.I have to wonder whats really happening to him. I dont know what to do. And they want to give guardianship of all three to the caretaker,my ex's sister and aunt to my two older ones. Then there's the question if they are gonna continue to provide services to complete our new case plan. Lord God above, please help us! And to think this all came about when I allowed my ex and my two older kids to move in temporarily after being evicted several times and having lost several various jobs. several times. At the time he had custody(cps) and was homeless, sleeping in a station wagon. I know this man in these conditions isn't a nice person and I was afraid for my children being in his care alone, especially after hearing police after an incident or two in the park, having to do with his rage. He terrorized my home for over a year before he stabbed a friend standing in my defense. My family has been destroyed by dyfs. I have been removed from my home and my home office for positive alcohol test in 2012. Lost my job, successfully completed 3 programs and now my son barely knows me or wants to talk to me. He is traumatized and they continue to drag out these "services". I want my life back. I believe I now suffer from ptsd as a result and my son probably worse. Talk about dragging things out, Paramus, NJ office took 6 months to put my in a out-patient program. Because I lost my job as a result of dyfs, I have no money and no home to live in. The best they can do is get me a bus pass.REPORT COMMENTS

ACS as it is known in BROOKLYN is doing everything in their power to remove my four yr old niece from my custody to return her back to her father who is a homicide suspect in the death of her twin sister and the police refuses to make an arrest and stating that the DA has to get enough evidence to convict him. Yet all the evidence I already have proves him guilty and are taking my niece death as a joke. The DA refuses to give my family the autopsy and my family is not at fault for anything that happened to my niece. It is corruption on every level. Acs has helped him take classes and are giving the father supervised visits disallusioning my niece that he loves her when the acs case worker and their plan of action is to return her to either my sister Or him. OR him?They are insane. Now they are lying to me constantly in which they have violated my civil rights. Her caseworker is in the works having her supervisors interagate me about ridiculous things and are trying at every visit to prove that she loves her father and he loves her. My niece is only four yrs old and they can manipulate her since she has no idea what happened to her and her sister in his familys care.The agency I deal with now is the same agency who put these kids in his hands and gave him full custody of my twin nieces and five days later she ends up dead. This same agency who is supposedly under investigation by the same police who in my opinion is just wasting time currently now this june marks one yr since my niece died and acs is now trying to persecute me and my family with lies to clear him and their agency. I have never seen corruption on this scale. There was never a time that they weren't outright lying or just stalling. They work in concert, lying and covering for each other. These people will steal your children. You're family members will never be allowed to adopt them. I am a Civil Servant for 27 years, I thought I had seen it all! They will get a way with it and the court appointed attorney won't make waves. There is no oversight, no investigation of Ethics Violations or corruption, not by NJ Attorney General's Office, Advocacy Office, Governor or the FBI. Don't think they intend to do their job and return the children, not to the relatives or parents. Relatives have no rights according to DCP&P. They do not intend to LET a relative adopt. They keep the children in foster care long enough to wear down the unstable drug addicted parent until they are numb, dead or in jail and no more emotions or feelings! For the pass fourteen years DYFS has been in my life. I am a single mother of nine children. I live in Burlington City NJ. My neigbhor has called these people on me every chance she gets. Never have I abused are bought any harm to any of my children. I myself was raised by a woman who adopted me. she was very mean and did things no parent should never do. But these same people left me in her care. Now I'm still stuck with them never being of any help. On May 11 2014 my home caught on fire. Thank God for my pastor because he has helped to keep my family together. The only help the division is offering is to take my children.Because of the abuse I suffered I am so afriad to lose my children to anyone elses home. It's May 27 2014 and I'm sure my worker will be telling me some time today if I can't find a place to stay he will take the children. I was in a fire and this is so unfair. DYFS are horrible people. They accused me of abusing my son and when they could not pin it on me they pinned it on my boyfriend. I am not allowed to speak to him now at all. They made me be supervised with my kids in order to keep them and when I would call asking when I could take them home the woman told me I was badgering her. She then told me I should be happy they came into my kids and my life because if not my son would be dead. As for these doctors that they have you go see, they already have it in there head that what DYFS says is what happened before you even walk in there door. I took my son to a regular physician and they did not think anything had happened to him. Corrupt, horrible and uneducated people; my 'case worker' worked at a casino longer then she has been doing this job. Oh and she told me if I defended my boyfriend they would consider that me choosing him over my children.REPORT COMMENTS

They minipulate the media by thinking that when a mother or father is being investigated or some one of a revengful status decide to call dcp&p to make a fraudlent report, then the division needs to be held respinsible forwrongfull accusation,and if any of the investigator miss apropriate handles a case and falsley adminster in accurate data the social worker or supervisor needs to be immediatly terminated and or face prison sentence for lying under oath.
