hr 3012 is not fair at all. FIFO should implemented ONLY when the backlog is cleared. Until then, this shouldn't become a law!REPORT COMMENTS

Take care of the Americans that you were voted to take care of and do what is best for them during high unemployment times FIRST! Don't start taking on other peoples issues until you can handle your own. Help the American People!REPORT COMMENTS

The following was posted by an Indian in an Internet immigration forum(www.trackitt.com): "I think the main reason to introduce this bill was to do justice with the applicants who are stuck in the queue since more than decade and now even eligible for SS [Social Security] retirement benefits." So much for the Indian propaganda about entrepreneurship! It is clear from above that what Indian immigrants want most is to have access to the Social Security system of the US. And the claim of having to wait more then a decade in a queue to receive Green Card is at least untrue. Due to the spillover rule of visa assignment, Indians are the single group of immigrants receiving most of the Green Cards! And, this is already having a strong negative impact on the ethinic diversity, which is one of the fundamentals upon which the American society is build! PLEASE, STRONGLY OPPOSE HR 3012!REPORT COMMENTS

While this bill may add some significant benefits to India/China folks it will surely increase the wait times for rest of the world. People needs to understand world is not just India and China.REPORT COMMENTS

This rule it's not really fair. It would only benefit people from Indian and China who as a matter of fact are already getting up to 30% of the available visas due to the spillover rule. The story of the American people is a story of immigration and diversity and this rule would end with the latter.REPORT COMMENTS
