We need to have faster, non-changing path for foreign national doing work in the US national interest. This will cause unnecessary delays

I have graduated from the US school with a PhD in Nuclear Physics. Now working at the national lab on national security applications, and applying for EB2-NIW. If HR3012 were approved, my NIW would help me much to obtain a residency, and the US interests in nuclear counter-terrorism would suffer. The HR3012 defies the reason for NIW to exist. The US national interests cannot wait for years until the waiting line in the NIW is exhausted. It's not my fault that India and China take up 80% of immigration spots. If HR3012 were approved, the EB categories would be dominated by Indians and Chinese workers killing a whole concept of diverse immigration. This can be proved by the fact that the majority of H1 visas are issued to India and China. The US interests in physics, chemistry, math, engineering, biology, medicine, space, etc, do not need to suffer in order to accommodate two foreign countries when there is actual no benefit to a domestic IT field. It is no secret that many IT consulting companies in USA are set by Indian residents that only bring more Indian IT workers on H1 visa and provide no jobs to the US citizens. I ask you to oppose this bill. It's detrimental to the US national interests in science and technology. EB2-NIW is the chance for foreign scientists and engineers to become productive force in USA, please, do not let it get swamped by workers from only two countries and one field. America is the best!!!

HR 3012 without dealing H1B frauds is bad policy.
