Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act of 2011 HR 3012, was brought to the floor last year, through very effective mass campaining of Immigration Voice (IV). We all know, IV is an Indian-based organization working ONLY for the Indian cause. They have twisted the facts (70 year wait time!) and promoted this bill as a savior for the entire employment based community.
