Much mental disorder is government sponsored. Returning Combat Veterans with brain injuries are being treated and enrolled in rehabilitation programs. This shows that the machine is up and running. This rehabilitation effort is rather closed currently ... BUT... political and governmental minds ARE already attuned to Mental Illness Disorders and competent strategies of treatment.
