No police officer should use a gun to subdue a barking dog. They need training in the use of stun guns, or pepper spray, or something, just getting back in their cars, if the situation is not a life and death. Police officers have been too aggressive with family pets, and are ready to shoot the pets, with no empathy for the family, and no compassion for the pet.REPORT COMMENTS
