The rap group Outkast stated it better than anyone!! Lyrics from one of their songs says "Marijuana illegal but cigarettes cool" and that is the FIRST argument I would make. The use of Cannabis, or its relatives, has been documented for hundreds if not thousands of years. It should be in the same class as tobacco and even alcohol, except there is not nearly as much death caused by the consumption of it.REPORT COMMENTS
