I have been fighting an alienator for 8 years. One child has been taught to 'hate me'. The other is trapped in a court order full of loopholes that are used to violate court order. I have filed 2 contempt of court motions. I won the first but have been waiting 19 months just to get in front of judge. The case has been carried 4 times. In the meantime, the order is continually violated. I can only wonder which child has been damaged most. The one who loves me and is being physically kept away from me or the child that will grow up one day and realize he does not nor ever did hate me? I should add that I was the primary care giver for the first 10 years of my children's life. Imagine how you would feel now, if 1 of your parents was kept out of your life, by your other parent & you lost 8 years of memories with that parent. I personally feel this is a hate crime.Jan 29th, 2015Someone from San Marcos, CA signed.

People like myself as a Law Enforcer who are typically called upon to handle such difficult situations, such as the police, social workers, attorneys or psychologists assume that what the frightened mother is saying is true. These things DO happen. Sometimes there are men who are seriously disturbed, violent, out of control sexually, and stalk, who are rightfully feared. And some mother's are very convincing in her desperation and vivid in her descriptions. The clincher is that the alienated child collaborates with the mother' lies by saying, "Yes, I am afraid of my father." "Yes, my father did touch me down there." "Yes, he does beat me." What would you do if you were faced with having to decide how to protect a child in such a situation? Speaking as a police officer myself this form of child abuse should be punishable by law.REPORT COMMENTS

Parental Alienation destroys our children and the court system enables it. Children deserve to be loved by both parents and their families.REPORT COMMENTS

the mother in my case is doing all she can to keep me from my child and keep me from being able to appear in court by trying to get a change of venue to more then 300 miles away and getting a restraining order all without any justification knowing i have a job here and can't possibly travel that far, also she had our 7 month old child in the courtroom specifically to try to upset me, filing court papers simply to keep a loving parent from their child should be grounds for custody to be awarded to the other parent for the single purpose of establishing witch parent will prevent parental alienationREPORT COMMENTS

This includes parents rights to see children when in jail or prisons. Im a grandparent who is being alienated, but our GREAT STATE OF PA HAS NO GRANDPARENT RIGHTS, all we have is to hope the parent (s) are civil.REPORT COMMENTS

I am an alienated father of two children whom I had a close and loving relationship prior to a corrupt court mediator lying to a judge whom then suspended my parenting time. It has been over two years of no contact with them even though I call and text several times a week. It has taken a toll on me, emotionally and physically. This all for a man who has no criminal record, or run ins with the law in any way. I miss my children very much and parental alienation is child abuse and should be punishable as a crime.REPORT COMMENTS
