Dear Congress, since you have stolen our retirement money and refuse to pay it back (2.5 trillion), we want your retirement funds and salaries added back into the Social Security fund to make it solvent until it is deemed so. We also do NOT want to see any slashes or reforms in the Social Security/Medicare system. It should be solvent it you had not borrowed and borrowed on it and now refuse to pay it back. Now, you have the unmitigated gall to want to reduce it and/or take it away. Go home if you continue on this. I voted for my Senator Boozeman in the last term. You can be assured if the above is not accomplished he will never see another day in a public office, and we the people will see about legal action to have our Social Security fund returned to us in full. I wholeheartedly agree with this. Serving in Congress or the Senate used to be a public service, like jury duty. Now, they are treated like elected royalty. Who did/does it? WE did! And we keep doing it. Why? Are we that naive to keep believing them? Simple solution: They either obey the will of the people or we vote them out at the very next election.
