IF we continue with a congress/senate, etc., then at the very least these "representatives" should have the same "rights" as the people they represent!!! It is crazy that when they are no longer a representative, they continue to draw the salary and benefits they drew while in office, much less the ones that "require" secret service!!! Why should the taxpayers have to pay for this crap when we are barely surviving their "legislation!?!?!" I don't think we need the senate, house of reps, etc. What have they done for us other than run our country to the ground? The people need to take control and get real "representatives" elected.
