In my strong opinion the Caregivers benefit that's eligible only for Veterans AFTER 9-11 is "discrimination"! I'm very, very angry with this poor decision! (It's a tough life we, Caregivers live, and I know if it wasn't for me (& many others) VA would be paying for his Nursing Home Care, in addition to his County/State residency! I strongly URGE a decision be made to include "all" veterans! Congress should be ashamed of their "alienation" between veteran's of different eras!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

#7 need more on this. so many family members are ill due to chemical exposures and have died or dieing. NAF Atsugi. Over 200 have died from there exposures there out of 2,000 reporting so far. 95% are ill that reported.REPORT COMMENTS

I am not even sure what benefits I am entitled to. I tried to get a VA card in Salem Oregon and was told to go to Portland. Does not make sense. I work and dont have time to go to Portland. Every Vet and current service member has the rights of the Vetrans bill of Rights. I think it is a shame the way we are treated.REPORT COMMENTS
