I support this bill because I have friends who have died and are serving in the military. I would also like to join the Marine corps so i can be a forest recon soldier after my contract with them I want to be a Pathfinder and a Ranger with sniper qualifications and I would be comforted that if other that have my dreams and are living theirs in the service i salute them and They put there lives on the line every day for me and every one I know and care about. I see it that we owe them more than just two words (thank you) we owe them more than we can give they see it as doing a just any other job I see it as a privilage and a honor they are our heros it's time we treated it like it.REPORT COMMENTS

In 1975, I re-enlisted for the first time in the USN. I was told that if I served 20 years and retired I would have free medical and dental for for life. That was part of the comp. for the poor pay and benefits. By the time I actually retired, to maintain medical, I had to pay premiums from my retirement. This needs to be rectified.
