This is badly needed so as to give some respite to law abiding folks who are patiently waiting in line. They have followed all the rules and paying taxes regularly. They are contributing to economy. By implementing above their will be no impact whatsoever from Government side but it will be a huge relief for so many legal migrants doing the right thing.
