I am here on H1B and mine i140 is approved (PR date is april 2014). i want to move the job but i cant because if i will change the job i need to start the gc process from beginning. i do not know when my PR date will become current and i will breath the fresh air. to streamline the GC process DOS please recapture the ununsed visa numbers so at-least backlog will remove and like me many fellows get the gc soon and my american dream will come true. thank you.Apr 27th, 2015Someone from Dublin, OH signed.

Visa Retrogression is not fair for the economy, to the families, and it's not fair to the entire immigraiton system. In my case almost more than 10 years of waiting period. I hope some kind of meaningful, constructive change is going to happen, especially Visa recapturing and expediting the GC process for people on AOS irrespective of the country of origin....God Bless America!!!!!REPORT COMMENTS
