1) Early voting goes against the Constitutional mandate that the President and VP election date should occur on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November every leap year. 2) This means that voting "early" is not endorsed by the Constitution for the President and Vice President. We have seen that early voting allows for corrupt practices. 3) Voters should not be "rounded up" to vote and/or offered bribes (phones, food, etc.) This is manipulative and unethical. 4) Registration should be completed in all States prior to election to allow documentation of registered voters. 5) States should be required to post the number of eligible voters registered prior to the election. In NO case can any votes be counted that exceed the maximum registered voters of any given precinct and or state. 6) Military votes should be counted first AND the military should have designated members charged with the sacred duty of picking up those votes and mandating their timely delivery. If using email, it would have to be done with extreme security.REPORT COMMENTS
