If this is for dog training, what are they training the dogs to do? Like dogfight training, this can only make the dogs aggressive and dangerous. As for the bear, isn't it obvious how inhumane this is? Isn't it obvious that any human with any empathy or self awareness at all can see that? So if there are loopholes in laws governing the care and handling of animals that allow this kind of behavior, then those loopholes NEED to be closed. For the protection of bears, dogs, and both individual humans and the spirit of Humanity itself. (Politicians: feel free to use that in your speeches. If you have the courage.)REPORT COMMENTS
