How does a foriegn company get to drill of the shores of our country? This is very confusing that NON US oil companies get to drill of our shores, and kill people and ocean life because of the lack of safety and back up measures that would have prevented this very situation. BAN NON US OIL COMPANIES FROM DRILLING OFF OUR SHORES!!! DO NOT LET THEM CONTINUE TO RAPE US OF OUR NATURAL RESOURCES THAT WE SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO!!!
