If the true motive for EB category is, as is stated, to provide legal residence to high-skilled immigrants who're contributing immensely to the competitiveness of United States at a time when the demand for high skilled labor is at an all time high throughout the world - then there should be no place for discrimination based on color, nationality, gender, orientation or any other aspect of human dimension when granting it. It should be strictly first come first serve. Why should an immigrant and his family from one country suffer a longer wait time than immigrants from another country if they're both serving the United States in exactly the same way. I hope that The US Congress and The Senate, and The President will uphold the great tradition of equality in this country by eliminating this unwarranted discrimination based on nationality.REPORT COMMENTS
