I have been involved twice with CPS for allegations that were not true. Not once did their father have to comply yet they were breathing down my neck and he was the one that was breaking the law and being neglectful time and time again and CPS did nothing but rule out my daughters safety was "unknown" while in his care. CPS needs to be held accountable for their carelessness and out of whack priorities. All because of a phone call. Where's the actual proof that would allow someone to barge into someone's life? There's physical proof everyday and they don't check up on those children in actual need. Cps harassing and making false reports with accusations and trying to link it up with past history of CPS bullying if a minority with several children they orphaned and adopted out live slavery and pretty much kidnapping and three are in limbo in the foster homes but no permentcy as the agreement stated upon me surrendering my children. To avoid violation and being jailed. Now a year later after cases closed I had another child which makes her 1 and only and was hotlined harassed the minute she was born.. I'm looking over my shoulders and don't feel free as a human being in general.. The stress is causing physical health problems... The fact that the father and myself the mom are in the picture and trying to live life as a happy family. CpS is making life absolutely miserable for us as parents and individuals. I feel they are bias and prejudice from past and constantly referring to our future.REPORT COMMENTS

i am a new father and with a woman who has a history and has had a history with cps and all cases were closer, she had to surrender all of her children. and ever sense cps got wind that me and my girlfriend were having a new baby we have had nothing but harassment from more than one cps worker and they also show up at our house unannounced for than is allowed and harnessing my friends and family.REPORT COMMENTS

My complaint is against the TDFPS in Abilene Texas.On January 30,2015 5 children were removed from my mother's custody I received the paperwork my sister was in Dallas Texas at the time for family emergencies.To start off Katherine Eberhart instructed for me to go to 505 Pine Street wait for her to talk about a service plan for the children,long story short at 4:00 p.m. c.p.s. workers Lindsay Truelove,Lindsay Morris, Mileene Crossman,Victoria Williams, and two other Hispanic women case workers along with A.P.D. officers Walker a female and Jimenez a male on standby.I never met Miss Eberhart until my second court hearing and she even claimed that if my sister and I didn't comply that she would terminate our rights and give them to our mother.And a year and a half its been one lie after another.I'm really running out of time is there something that can be done.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS has harassed me and my family. They have falsified reports, suppressed evidence, and manipulated our slandered us. We have been ordered by a judge to destroy evidence that could potentially get our child the medical attention she requires. I have always thought our just justice system was fair. I had always believed that CPS was there to help children out of families where there was abuse involved. We have NOT ABUSED OUR CHILD IN ANY WAY. Never in my wildest imagination did I believe that there was so much corruption, deception, and manipulation in our court system. My daughter, who has mental health issues, has been in CPS custody for over two months now. They have taken her medicine away and manipulated her. They have ignored our attempts to get her the help that she is so much in need of. They didn't like what her psychiatrist had to say, so they changed her doctor and try to discredit him. They have suppressed all evidence and proof of her medical diagnoses and her medical needs and have told countless lies and slander us in every way they could. The Stripped us of our right to due process and have violated many of our civil rights. They have viciously attacked us and our character. To this date, not one person that we know, nor family member, has been interviewed or questioned about our parenting. Some of our family, who were horrified and enraged, when finding out that our teenager had been taken called the CPS workers in an attempt to try to tell them that we are not the monsters they are making us out to be. These workers only wanted to know any and all information of our wrongdoing and would try to read the collar into discrediting us. They have lied to the court and demanded that we turn over any evidence showing that our daughter is mentally unstable. They have sued as for child support for the time our daughter was living at a home that allowed their kids to do drugs and stay out all night. The very friend that my daughter was not allowed to visit because the one time that we allowed her to go to this friends house after school, she came home high and could barely walk. Since being in foster care, my 15-year-old daughter is dating an adult male. CPS has allowed this and has done nothing to stop it. I am constantly looking over my shoulder in fear that they will steal my 8 year old child to punish us for challenging them. My daughter is afraid that ifREPORT COMMENTS

To add how do they come to your house for lice and abuse find none of that then return to my kids school to question my 6 year old about my bugler cigarettes (witch she knows nothing of pot,weed,marujana and is asking me what they are) his review was for lice and abuse he was allowed to ask them about them two only of course it's in the report my daughter said he showed her my cigarette on a paper and asked if I smoked them of course it's bugler he's came back to me saying my six year old told him we smoke marujana no u pointed at a picture of a joint not asking her if I smoke pot at the same time as u pointed just asked if I smoked.to make matters worse he asked me to volunteer to come test for them would have no problem if that was your reason to come in the first place but u just try ed to build a whole case from illegally miss using my six year old. We were reported by a neighbor who just wants us to move out. Unfounded EVERY time (every 6 months for 4 years). The last time they must have sent their top guy because he asked medical histories, medications, friends list, other various extremely personal questions - the accusation was I arrived home and only 1 of my 3 children were seen getting out of the car. That's it. He said the other two must have been left alone in the house (ages 17 & 12 by the way) because 'no one left' --- well clearly we left if we were arriving DUH! I had taken the girls to friends house. The 'reporter' turns out is this neighbor who watches us out her window with binoculars. This is called stalking if she wasn't behind a window. A crime. Worker admitted that and said there is nothing he can do for the next 6 years till the youngest is 18 & even then the lady can call in if my child lives here. You can imagine how my child with medical PTSD and my autistic child are handling this every few months.REPORT COMMENTS

my husbands brothers ex wife repeatedly files cps reports against me and the rest of my husbands family. There has been over a dozen reports in the last year and a half. CPS refuses to do anything to stop her. They investigate every time. They scare my children. We asked them how we can stop the harassment and they said we can't. Something very similar happened to my son and his wife recently with CPS seizing my step granddaughters by telling the judge they were in imminent danger which was an out and out lie. False allegations were made against my son and the father of the girls was being investigated also. Their father told CPS he didn't want the girls with their mother even though she wasn't being accused of anything and my son was living with me until the investigation was completed. They had the girls with a foster family for a month and never let anyone in the extended family visit, not even their half brother. Now even after a hearing in front of a judge, CPS continues to call them and now they want to inspect their home again. York County PA is on a provisional license for the 3rd time and I believe this has something to do with their overzealous behavior. My son and daughter-in-law are now over $4000 in debt from the lawyers they had to hire and now it's starting all over again with CPS harassing them. There needs to be oversight and they need to be held accountable to the letter of the law. This country is supposed to protect the premise the it's citizens are innocent unless proven guilty but not with this agency. Allegations are presented as fact and evidence and everyone in the family is treated like criminals and even after they find nothing to substantiate these allegations they never clear the accused they merely say it's unfounded doesn't mean a person is innocent it only means they can't prove it. Excuse me but when you're tried in a real court and there's no evidence, it means the persecution is supposed to end. Please do something to stop this, we all know monsters exist and hurt children but destroying families where this isn't the case is crazy and it's not in the best interest of the children.REPORT COMMENTS

I had a domestic violence situation. None of my children have been injured or damaged. I'm a single mom, age 26. I make good money, have been in the Army since 2009 and college student. My kids are respectful and kind, they have more then a large majority. But CPS continues to harrass me. They even went as far as to require me to take counseling that I've been paying for at my expense. I'm not with the person that assaulted me. I just bought my first house for myself and family and drive a mini van. Fixed my credit, I have a 3.7 GPA, my kids have food,clothes. I'm not perfect but they keep on it. I asked for help they told me they don't have funds but have the nerves to tell me that I need to go to counseling. How can we make it stop ???REPORT COMMENTS

I've had false information called on bout me 3 times by people of jealousy cps has been harassing my family for 3 years now and they won't stop and have been proven that there's nothing there and they continue to make up stuff and lie just to keep coming back like they can't do that just because we're young parents in our 20s they think we're doing******trying to get anything on us they used every trick in the book to take our kid just because we're young and saying that were to young to have a kid they even said me and husband wasn't allowed to get married can they even do that the system is messed up they harass the good parents and don't go after the real kids that are being abused and neglected I know someone that does crack and starved the kids and abandoned them for days and cps did nothing for them and left her alone there not doing there job they harass the good people and let the bad go free what is wrong with this system the good should be left alone and the bad should be helped but it's*****backwards I live in NY state and this system needs to be corrected this needs to come to an end the innocent needs to be left alone and the real people that are doing it should be punished something needs to be doneREPORT COMMENTS
