I have had cps false allogations for over two years from my cheating spouse but its ok for cps to get called repeatedly on the same issue come out and investigate and ask the child the same questions ? Now my child doesnt know whats reality where is his disability check for the mental issue they have caused , these social workers have been around so much i could invite them over for dinner -

my children were taken from their grandparents care only to be put back into their care as foster homes falsely accusing me of neglect. I have done all that has been asked of me in my case plan yet I have no changes with visits or extra time with my children. I was 4 years old when my dad shot my mother leaving her paralyzed from them waste down,my father was sent to prison and my mother was able to keep me and raise me,but right then and there is when I became a Target for DSS, I had my first child at 16, second one at 18, 3rd one at 20, and 4th one at 29, they were always there,I just didn't realize it until I had children of my own, they started with my kids when my oldest was 2 and my second one was about 4 months old,and from then on out I have had to fight to keep my kids, so many false reports,but I never lost my kids I had to keep fighting,but when my oldest son had his little boy I had an open case,and my kids have litterally been through hell with DSS, my son was told he couldn't be around his son until he took classes because of my case, and because he wasn't allowed around his siblings at the time because he so called "cussed a socail worker out " way before his son was born,and this is a kid that had been involved with DSS since he was 2 years old..that socail worker that put that order in place was fired from buncombe county DSS,but it did not stop them from making a case against my 18 year old son and his girlfriend ,they were accussed of being on drugs, which the mother was tested and the baby ,they refused to test my son.. because they knew he would pass their drug test,so even after they knew the so called reports were false,they still said he couldn't be around his son because he cussed a socail worker 6 months before his baby ever came into this world..me and my kids have done every class intensive in home..you name it we have done it,so here is the big kicker,the judge granted full custody of my kids back to me,and before I got them home DSS came and took my grandson out of the same house same day,my story is 20 years ling me and my kids have PTSD anxiety and depression from buncombe county DSS...they basically stole my grandson, the judge Even ordered a home study on me to place my grandson with me,and they never did it,they lied to my son about him not having to be in court the day they took his parental rights..they have abused me and my family for over 20 years my grandson is 4 now,we don't even get pictures, nothing..please somebody help usREPORT COMMENTS

I am a single father of two children. I have full custody of my children due to my ex wife being convicted of criminal mistreatment of the children as well as felony drug charges. Ever since receiving full custody she has called CPS every couple of months claiming everything from abuse, to preventing them from seeing doctors, to drugging my children. For the first year and a half I dealt with investigators showing up, inspecting my home, questioning me and the children only to say we see these "revenge" cases a lot. Now nearly two years in I am still having investigators show up at my house telling me that I have to let them in my home and interview my children. When will CPS stop allowing these "revenge" cases? I understand they have to investigate but how about we start holding those people giving false reports accountable? I swear nothing has changed since the last five times CPS has walked through my home. Leave us alone and stop harassing us. Change needs to be made and people need to be held accountable. CPS is not suppose to be a weapon.REPORT COMMENTS

We have been under fire from constant cps scrutiny even though we have proven time and time again we are not only fit parents but good parents. Every single time we are made to jump through hoops to keep our kids or are threatened with removal. This time we are told that the case worker can add things to the report if she believes it should be added all because we are tired and refused to play the game she wants to play. She brought up a case from 16 years ago that was unfounded but really is not something anyone wants to discuss in our home. When is enough enough when it comes to terrorizing families? Ohio cps Lorain County is harassing good parents, taking the children out of homes and placing them in filthy overcrowded homes where they are sometimes locked in cages, being raped and starved. 7 out of 10 homeless people in this county came from foster care, along with the problems of drugs and alcohol. Omg. Don't know where to start. For 5 yrs our kids has been in CPS. I and my husband has done services for 5 yrs. The drug testing for 5 yrs. You know where the lab wacks all your hair up. So just imagine for 5 yrs what my hair looks like. I have to keep it up. But day one to now I and my husband has been negative. It's just pure abuse's. So we do these services for 5 yrs and we get certificates for completion. And the caseworker said can't return the children due to no success. Wtf. I mean this is getting way out of hand. The caseworker and supervisor and program director are completely abusing thier authorities. CPS has took our visitation rights away under faulsment. The 314th (HOUSTON TX) courts are dirty and corrupt. Ohhhhjjjjuhhhyeah...... Why in the Hel* do you raise your right hand to tell the truth, when you can't speak. You can't tell them your side of the story. You have to keep your mouth shut. If you dont a sheriff walks behind you. What is that. It's a threat. Cps and the courts people are terrorist of the United States of America. Did I put that. Yeap. They take your freedom away. They take your life away, your soul way, a piece of you away. Back in 2014. This is how dirty the court is. Ok back in 2014 Dishonorable Judge John Phillip said during trial that he believes us. He said no more services, he said we are telling you CPS workers how the cow wats the cabbage. He said I'm not going to take the Goodmans parental rights away. And we just knew he was going to return our kids home. But instead he looked at the caseworker and told her "if you want to go around and around with the Goodmans, so be it. My heart fell out of my chest when he said that. I, I, could not believe what he said. Ok and yes as of now the caseworker is going around and around with us. Trying to terminate our rights. We are innocent of any wrong doings. So the courts are going to terminate our rights under false allegations. Why are these people getting away with thier lies. Why. I know it's all about money. It's all about ilegally kidnapping baby's. Like our new born did back in 2014. But there needs to be a stop to all of this mafia cult crap. These government people are out of control. And it's getting worst as we speak. Please help. Someone out there please help. What is it going to take to do a house cleaning. Huh. It may never happen. It will stay stinky untill the world ends. Goodbye. Oh and ps. We had contacted representatives, senators, Inspector general, Attorney General, and many others. And we never get a word back. They all turn deaf ears. So and how can you get the state to go against the state. NEVER. AND IF ONE STATE WORKER DOES deside to go against them, they may get hurt. I'm telling you. We have a completely different state taking custody of my adopted son because of his biological mother's doing. Both myself and the child's biological father have never been to Oregon and they refuse to give us our son back or even to Colorado CPS because Colorado said there is no reason he shouldn't be with us, obviously we have the other TWO children! No they took the baby, 1 years old! Oregon CPS is trying to claim the father does not know how to be a proper father?! Excuse me?! These agencies are ruining families with there so called by the book protocol. Give me a break. We just had a baby in Sept this year. My wife had Braxton Hicks, she went to the ER, doc prescribed oxycodone for her pains. So, she takes it for pain one night, and little did we know she was in labor!! What timing right? Get this, our daughter is born healthy and strong but in my wife's and daughters blood sample was a positive showing for drug use. Hmmm, doc prescribed it while she was pregnant, hmmm... Hospital nurse informs CPS!!! Now we are being crucified for doing the right thing? Now we have drug testing every week, plus a live-in SAFETY MONITOR! She is diagnosed with Major Depression. I'm a Veteran who has PTSD and Depression. We are getting really low on life here and it's hard to walk a straight road here that these people planted in us parents. SMH. My daughter was asulted by her sons father. She made the report a day later. Being young and more worried I would go to jail she waited to tell me to avoid more fighting. She knows now she should have told sooner but we all have been thru some bs in our lifetime and most of us and our kids were safe and ok. Now with that being said cps was called because that's what the police does when ever they get called for help in michigan. So gor 7 mons and no court order my kid and her kid has jumped thru every hoop they could while one cps work came by every week to talk for sometimes hrs and look in her cuboards and look at his bed, every wk. She would say you are very high risk for losing ur son. Her home was clean he was clean and is well cared for and so happy all the time. My child and myself asked y and she said well because you still alow the father to come by. (It's his kid too). They went thru council all the above. Til today when she shows up again and my daughter opens the door phone in hand and says this conversation will be recorded. She turn and left. She called her and said i do not give concent to be recorded but u need to meet me at 130 in my office. I have read the law now many tines tring to find out why and how to bk them off. I told my daughter to not meet her. Tell her u have read the laws and u r done. If she wants to get a court order well my lawyer said to go ahead and he will see u in court. I met this woman and let me just say I think she should have been evaluated by someone cuz she was a nut case. She has wrote many lies in my kids file all the way to saying she and kai had been held hostage for 2 days and then some. Now my daughter is registered at a 2 with cps and unless we find a way to a fight it she can't volunteer for class mom in her child's schoo, field trips, or anything that involves children. Just a little advice. When dealing with cps always keep records of names dates and times along with what was said also you have a right to record every meeting you have with them. Let them know you are recording say your name and have everyone in the meeting state their name for the record this way they can not make things up and you have recorded proof of what was said. I'm going threw a cps case because I tried to see my sisters kids who cps gave custody of to their alcoholic grandmother. When she denied me the right to see them I called cps and started questioning them and their decision to let her care for these lids I got hot lined twice in one day four days after speaking to cps. They day they called me and told me I was hot lined, i told them what was going on. The worker I spoke to denied knowing my sister (who they harassed for four years) yet when she came to are home the next day she called me by my sisters name then said we look alike. Right then and there we knew they were well aware of the game. It took cps a month to contact us again. That was over two weeks ago and counting. Thank god if was faults or they would have endangered are son and two grandkids who live with us.REPORT COMMENTS

His supervisors have done nothing but Harras me. I've been followed around like if I'm some bad mom. It makes me scared for other mommies. They need better people working in there! My youngest son was just born on May 14th. May 18th cps received a visit to look at the house. I let them in and they found every little thing wrong to do an investigation on us. On June 7th I took him to his doctor cause I was concerned about his congestion, diarrhea, coughing and spitting up a lot.I was told to take him to emergency room. On the way I stopped to feed and change him. The hospital reported that I didn't show up til 3 hours later. He was then diagnosed with me over feeding him which caused him to be dehydrated and have milk on his lungs. We had to stay for 24 hours when the next day cps came and took him out of my care. The caseworker said I was under feeding him which caused him to be dehydrated. Ever since then we have had problems even with the foster parents. They have been withholding his medical records since he was taken. We were even told that we couldn't attend a doctor's visit that was made during visitation because of him running a temperature. They took him for less then what we have been dealing with the foster parents.I thought foster family's were suppose to be approved and well knowledged but these ones aren't.I am not the only person in this small town in the middle of nowhere that is being messed with. Ex reports me to CPS every few months. For 6 years and counting. They randomly show up drug test threaten ridicule read false allegations. I have never failed their drug test. No neglect or abuse has ever happened and each worker reports that it was retaliation from the ex and closes the case. But this happens every few months. Isn't that called probation? Random drug tests and welfare checks? I haven't committed any crimes. But i am more closely watched than people who are criminals. Where I live it is cys but we are trying to figure out some things about pressing harrassment charges on them for harrassing me and my kids for the last 17 years Do you know of any good attorneys I got one hell of a case ive even had cys tell me i had a harrassment case after they closed my case a few years ago but since have opened and closed 3 more this year and it is only july they currently took my kids because i missed a hearing and said i can have them back thenREPORT COMMENTS
