We need to tell congress to hope that BP doesn't have another catastrophe like the Gulf disaster, but it will create extensive damage to the environment. Nobody wants to see it happen ever again. Please tell them to ban all future contracts, including military & all natural resource extraction contracts. Plus we to make the debarment to cancel the contracts with BP.
